An urgent update and reprisals complaint has been made with the assistance of the Australian Human Rights Institute directly to the UN Assistant Secretary for Human Rights regarding the case of two missing brothers in Rwanda.
A complaint supported by the Australian Human Rights Institute and leading human rights barrister Jennifer Robinson has been lodged with the UN Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances over the disappearances of two men in Rwanda in 2019.
Noël Zihabamwe has filed a complaint to the UN Working Group on Enforced and Involuntary Disappearances in relation to the enforced disappearance of Mr Zihabamwe’s brothers – Mr Jean Nsengimana and Mr Antoine Zihabamwe – in Rwanda.
