Students selected for Global Fellowship program

Four students have been selected to take part in the Australian Human Rights Institute's inaugural Global Student Fellowship program, which enables UNSW students to undertake a fellowship with a leading international development or human rights-based organisation.

The 2021 program is supported by the Ingram Fund for International Law and Development and helps students gain experience in the field of human rights and development, and to grow their network.

The program is being offered nationally in 2021 through the host organisations: Human Rights Watch, Jubilee Australia, Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility, and Walk Free.

This year's selected participants are:

  • Samuel Pryde, Jubilee Australia
  • Lisa Liu, Walk Free
  • Sianne Tsandidis, Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility
  • Xanthe Waite, Human Rights Watch

The Institute's aim is to expand the program internationally in 2022 and beyond.
