Australian Human Rights Institute internships
An internship with the Australian Human Rights Institute provides students with an opportunity to work across a broad range of research projects and priorities. You can learn more about the current research projects of the Institute here.
During their internship, students may work on research helping ensure businesses are held responsible for not selling products aided by slavery in their manufacturing; investigate areas such as athletes rights and sportswashing in global events; or monitor the human rights impacts of climate change.

Australian Journal of Human Rights internship

The Australian Journal of Human Rights (AJHR) is a publication of the Australian Human Rights Institute. Interns will work with the editorial team of Australia's first peer-reviewed journal devoted exclusively to human rights development in Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and internationally. Interns will complete diverse tasks relating to all aspects of the production cycle, from screening submissions to identifying and liaising with reviewers, and copyediting manuscripts before they are sent to production.
